The Côte d’Azur, Provence and Paris: A 3D Journey Through Southern France and the City of Light
Dear Friends,
Mark and I are delighted to invite you on this remarkable 16th season of 3D Journeys through the beauty, culture, and flavors of France. From the sunlit Riviera to the hilltop villages of Provence and the elegant boulevards of Paris, this itinerary offers a rich immersion into France’s history, art, and way of life. We begin in Nice, where the Mediterranean sparkles along the Promenade des Anglais. Highlights include Eze, Monaco, and Aix-en-Provence before settling in Avignon, a medieval treasure and former papal seat. We'll explore Roman ruins in Nimes, the Pont du Gard, and the charming villages of the Luberon.
Next, we board the high-speed TGV to Paris, the City of Light, where the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, and Seine River await. We’ll admire Monet’s masterpieces at the Marmottan Museum, take part in an impressionist art class—creating a piece to take home—and enjoy free time to explore.
For those wishing to extend, we travel to Normandy, with stops in Rouen and the historic D-Day landing sites—an unforgettable experience of remembrance and reflection.
We look forward to discovering the beauty and charm of France together on this journey of Discovery, Discussion, and Development—filled with culture, history, and friendship.
